Overview:
Concept Design Studios is a full-service marketing company providing premium marketing products and services for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a full-time Apparel Sales & Product Manager to lead our custom apparel department while also overseeing sales and management of other product categories. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, has a keen eye for product selection, and can manage the full sales and production process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Apparel & Product Sales

Serve as the primary sales lead for our custom apparel department while also managing sales for other product lines.

Communicate with new and existing customers to provide product recommendations and initiate orders.

Make product recommendations based on client needs (budget, quantity, imprint method, logo/design, etc.).

Develop and execute outside sales strategies to target ideal clients.
Product & Account Management

Oversee all apparel orders and related products from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage and organize customer accounts, translating orders into actionable projects in our project management system.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality and accuracy of customer orders.

Assist in sourcing new apparel and promotional product options that align with industry trends and client needs.
Operations & Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients with orders via email, phone, and walk-ins.

Handle estimating, invoicing, and procurement for apparel and related product orders.

Set up new client accounts and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.

Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:

Strong computer skills (Google Suite, CRM experience is a plus).

Experience in sales, customer service, office management and/or account management.

Understanding of product customization, imprinting, and branding (Adobe software knowledge is a plus). A good eye for design and marketing insight is also beneficial.

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials.

Starting Date: Position available immediately
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: Salary DOE, starting at $52K, Health Benefits, and Advancement Opportunities
