  2. Fill out the form below.

Upon Submitting Your Order:

  1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an immediate automatic email confirming your order submission. If you don’t receive it within minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us right away.
  2. Invoice and Payment: Within 1 business day, you will receive a separate email containing your invoice from our secure Bill and Pay software, where you can safely make your payment online. If you haven’t received the invoice within 1 business day, please contact us.
  3. Production Timeline: Once your payment is processed, your order will be entered into production. Please allow approximately 3 weeks from your order date for production and preparation for shipment.
  4. Shipment and Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a final email with detailed tracking information for your order.

Standard turnaround: approximately 3 weeks + shipping (allow 1-5 days for shipping)

Order Completion and Modifications:

  • Please note that any adjustments or returns after an order is placed will incur a $10 restocking fee.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, adjustments to the delivery timeline, rush shipping, and rush production services are unavailable.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on sizing discrepancies. We encourage you to carefully review our sizing resources and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
  • In the rare instance of a manufacturing or imprint defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear description and photo of the issue. We will be happy to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the carrier after shipment.
