Concept Design Studios is a full service marketing studio providing premium marketing products and services for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking to hire a full time Apparel Sales and Account Representative. We are looking for someone who works well with customers, has attention to detail and can oversee client accounts and projects. Qualified individuals are likely to have a background in sales or customer service with interest in marketing and/or design.

Day to day responsibilities would include:
- Be the first point of contact for potential new clients and take a consultative approach to helping clients connect with the right products and services.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
- Order apparel and promotional products
- Creating production work orders
- Provide quotes and information to clients and other departments in a timely and accurate fashion

- Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
