Bethany serves as the Head of Fulfillment and Promotional Sales at Concept Design Studios. With a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, she is dedicated to helping customers identify the most effective promotional products and stay ahead of industry trends. Since joining the team in November 2022, Bethany has become an integral part of the company’s operations and is committed to supporting both clients and colleagues for the long term.
In her role, Bethany oversees the fulfillment process and drives sales initiatives, ensuring each client receives top-tier service and innovative solutions. Although her family’s frequent relocations due to her husband’s service in the U.S. Army keep her on the move, she remains fully engaged and available to meet clients’ needs, no matter her location.
Bethany is a proud mother to three young boys and a supportive partner to her husband, balancing her professional and personal life with dedication and excellence.
